1 - When ordering a hosting plan of 3 months or more only 1 (one) domain is provided free of charge. Please check the "Special offers" section of the "Hosting" pages for the list of domain zones that may be provided free of charge when ordering a hosting plan. The content of this list may be changed at any time without prior notice.
2 - Domain renewal in the .RU zone is free of charge only when being transferred to LLC "Domain Registrar Reg.Ru" (REGRU-REG-RIPN) to contract "Hosting operator" eServer.ru" Ltd. (hosting operator eServer.ru). Domain renewal in .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .us, .mobi zones is carried out only when transferring it to the Directi registrar. We do not currently offer free domain renewals in other zones. A support ticket from the client stating the name of the domain up for renewal is required for the free domain renewal service.
3 - Anonymous FTP is offered for no more than 15 simultaneous sessions.
4 - Hosting servers are located inside E1 data center (Moscow) – eServer.eu private data center.
5 - Capability to install software recommended by the client is determined by the customer support.
6 - No refund is available for these service plans, unless they've been prepaid for 2 or more accounting periods in advance. In this case a refund will be made for the unused accounting period. The service fee for “Lite”, “Lite+”, “Citi” and “Summer” plans is prepaid for a full year in advance and cannot be refunded. The price includes domain registration and account activation for a period of 1 year. The hosting service is offered free of charge for the duration of that period. Refunds for the "Start" service plan are made according to the general policy.
7 - Only one dedicated IP address is provided for each hosting account regardless of the number of websites on that account. Dedicated IP price is listed in the "Additional services" section.
8 - These values may be changed upwards if the technical need for such change is justified by client and an expertise of server load created by such change is conducted.
9 - This feature presumes Log-file formats' compatibility with this statistic analysis system requirements. This feature is not installed by default. The chosen statistics system has to be installed by the user according to the developer's instructions.
