1 - When ordering a VIP hosting plan only 1 (one) domain is provided free of charge. Please check the "Special offers" section of the "Hosting" pages for the list of domain zones that may be provided free of charge when ordering a hosting plan. The content of this list may be changed at any time without prior notice.
2 - Domain renewal in the .RU zone is free of charge only when being transferred to LLC "Domain Registrar Reg.Ru" (REGRU-REG-RIPN) to contract "Hosting operator" eServer.ru" Ltd. (hosting operator eServer.ru). Domain renewal in .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .us, .mobi zones is carried out only when transferring it to the Directi registrar. We do not currently offer free domain renewals in other zones. A support ticket from the client stating the name of the domain up for renewal is required for the free domain renewal service.
3 - Within the “Exclusive” service plan you may order an individual package of VIP-hosting with higher requirements than those of standard services.
3 - Anonymous FTP is offered for no more than 10 simultaneous sessions.
5 - Hosting servers are located inside E1 data center (Moscow) – eServer.eu private data center.
6 - Capability to install software recommended by the client is determined by the customer support.
7 - In the event of client dissatisfaction within 15 days of account opening due to the services not meeting the promised standards and in the absence of breach of contract or its annexes by the client, we will make a full refund in accordance with the contract. In the event of unilateral contract termination by the client without objective reasons on their part we will make a refund excluding the cost of the already used resources and the current month's service fee.
8 - Only one dedicated IP address is provided for each hosting account.
